From Great Torrington follow the A386 towards Bideford. Immediately after crossing the river Torridge on the outskirts of Torrington commons, turn left for Frithelstock at the pink tall house.

Continue up the steep hill and through Frithelstock past the Clinton arms and the Church. Broadpark is the first property on the right situated between Frithelstock and Frithelstockstone.
