Here at Broadpark Breaks B&B, the stunning North Devon countryside can be fully appreciated, as the guests' bedrooms and breakfast room are situated to the rear of the property.

Our breakfast room has a comfortable seating area which guests are encouraged to use at any time to unwind, perhaps with a book from our westcountry collection. The originally overgrown 1 acre field now hosts an abundance of bird life (binoculars supplied) which we have encouraged by providing natural cover and avoiding the use of pesticides including slug pellets. We have planted several species of willow (with a hut structure) and a small orchard. Buzzards are regularly seen circling above Broadpark (7 being the most witnessed at one time !) There is no light pollution so the bats in flight are an added bonus against the darkening skies which follow the stunning sunsets.

Broadpark Breaks B & B only has two letting rooms so we can offer our guests the personal and attentive service they deserve.

When friends/extended family stay with us, they essentially have sole use of the guest wing but with a Broadpark breakfast (& no dishes to do!), for the same price or less than in self contained accommodation. Both rooms have a flat screen TV/DVD and thoughtfully stocked hospitality trays with fresh milk available.

The Plum Room

The Plum is a dual aspect double room with well stocked hospitality tray, kingsize bed, pocket sprung mattress and compact tiled en-suite shower room. The stylish décor is complimented by English oak flooring.

The views take in our acre of garden including the orchard complete with plum trees, which coupled with the colour scheme inspired the room name.

The Tower Room

The Tower is a dual aspect room with kingsize bed, pocket sprung mattress and a newly fitted bathroom with a large bath! There is an extra single bed with further truckle bed under (handy for bags and cases if booked as a double) and space for a travel cot. There is also a small table with 2 chairs and a thoughtfully stocked hospitality tray. We can add extra beds if required and there is space available for a travel cot.

Previous guests have admired the panoramic views, Exmoor can be seen in fine weather. The towers of three village churches can be spotted, hence the room name.
